A NON REFUNDABLE BOOKING FEE IS REQUIRED TO SECURE YOUR APPOINTMENT.

This amount will be deducted from the total balance owing at your appointment.

All payments are non-refundable, absolutely NO exceptions, so please ensure you double-check your availability before you book. Plan accordingly.

Out of consideration to the client scheduled after you, I ask that you please arrive on time to your appointment. If you are early, have a seat in the lobby and text the number provided in your confirmation email. I will be out to greet you at your scheduled appointment time.

Booking fees are transferable to another date as long as at least 72 hours notice is given. Each client will be allowed one rescheduling, after this you will forfeit your deposit. Please check your booking email for a rescheduling to move your appointment BEFORE the 72 hour mark. Appointments rescheduled less than 72 hours before their start time forfeit their deposit and will be charged the full amount owing.

No shows will be charged the full amount owing for the appointment. No exceptions. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late you will be considered a no show and the full price of the service will be charged.

Furthermore, this policy also applies to all packages and gift cards. In the event that the above stated policy is not adhered to, the appointment scheduled will be forfeited.

It is your responsibility to confirm with all your providers to ensure that any other treatments booked are able to co-exist with your treatment scheduled at Kapri Skin. i.e: Botox, filler, permanent makeup, doctors apt, etc. No exceptions.

All payments are non refundable.

Members must adhere to cancellation/reschedule policies. In the event these are violated, fees will be paid directly from patient wallet.
